Distance & Usage
- Unlimited kilometres included on all rentals.
- Vehicles must be returned with the agreed fuel level.
- Excessive wear or misuse may result in additional charges.
Roadside Assistance
- Complimentary roadside assistance is available within the approved service area for mechanical faults.
- Call-out charges may apply outside metropolitan areas.
- Assistance does not cover:
- Lockouts
- Flat batteries caused by customer negligence
- Tyre damage
- Incorrect fuel usage
- Lost keys
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required before vehicle collection.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur cancellation fees.
- No-shows may be charged the full rental amount.
- Early vehicle returns are not eligible for refunds unless agreed in writing.
Driver Requirements
- Drivers must be between 21 and 75 years of age.
- A valid driver’s licence held for at least 2 years is required.
- Learner, provisional, or suspended licences are not accepted.
- International drivers must present a valid passport together with their licence.
Vehicle Usage
- Vehicles must only be driven on approved sealed roads unless otherwise authorised.
- Off-road driving, beach driving, river crossings, and flood-affected roads are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is prohibited.
- Pets are only permitted with prior approval.
Insurance & Liability
- Standard insurance is included with every rental.
- Insurance excess applies according to the selected coverage option.
- Additional excess may apply to young drivers.
- Administrative fees may apply to insurance claims.
Security Bond
- A refundable security bond is required before vehicle collection.
- The bond will be refunded once the vehicle is returned:
- On time
- Clean
- Undamaged
- With the agreed fuel level
Fuel Policy
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup.
- Refuelling charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
Late Returns
- Additional rental charges may apply for late returns.
- Please contact us immediately if your return time changes.
Cleaning Charges
- Standard cleaning is included.
- Excessive dirt, stains, smoking residue, pet hair, or odours may incur additional cleaning fees.
Traffic Infringements
- The renter is responsible for all:
- Parking fines
- Toll charges
- Speeding infringements
- Traffic violations incurred during the rental period.
Damage & Accidents
- Any accident, theft, or vehicle damage must be reported immediately.
- The renter must cooperate with insurance and incident reporting procedures.
